Cancelled two hours before the booking
I haven't used Michelle before but read she has two good reviews on the site. I messaged 3hrs before the booking was due to start (7pm this evening) and had a reply from Michelle an hour later saying she was just about to message me that her child had just thrown up and was clingy. I didn't know Michelle is a single mum with nobody else to help care for her children when she is working. I have expensive VIP tickets to an event this evening and am now without childcare two hours before the event. In my opinion this is unforgivable. On this basis I would not recommend Michelle.

I feel this is an unfair review & also quite presumptuous. I’m not a single parent but had no other childcare as my partner was working. Sometimes situations happen out of our control. If our children become ill it’s unfortunate but have to cancel. This is very rare for me & only in exceptional circumstances would this occur. My daughter has the norovirus which can come on all of a sudden, as most right minded & understanding mothers appreciate. I might add that Renee has cancelled my services in the past which resulted in me turning away business. I didn’t take this personal though, as understand situations change, as am open minded & not self absorbed. Best wishes.
