If I knew before..
After reading all the good reviews about her, I decided to contact her as I needed someone to look after my 12 months old baby. She said his age was absolutely fine. After few settling sessions, she accepted him for 3 full permanent days starting in about a month time. Completely out of the blue ,she texted me saying she couldn't accept him because after ONLY!! 3 days with her, he didn't settle (not sleeping like a doll in his new cot alone), telling that her neighbours were complaining about him crying, while she kept WhatsApp me saying he was fine...
She let me down during Christmas holiday, couple of weeks before starting, with not enough time to find any other solutions. I do understand she had the right to do so, within the first 6 weeks , still not acceptable from a professional childminder. She must have been honest since the beginning, not very reliable.May be OK for kids 24 month and over

This is a unfair review . As when the lady rang me I explained to her as I have other children I could not rock children to sleep as not fair on the other children . And you said no his happy and ok . But then I find out he falls asleep in the nanny arms and in your bed at night , I tried to settle him but he was very distressed and would not settle to sleep so I tried rocking and white noise music but he woke the others and still very distressed as tired . I did 2 one hour settling in and in that time he never slept . But on the 3 days I had him he cried and would not let me even hold him to sleep . As it was a trial period I explained it was not good for him as he was used to a nanny and I had to take the other children in account and also my neighbour had his wife home from hosp as had a stroke and he said that baby keeps crying so long , so I terminated the contract as settling in period as I could not offer him one to one . Plus as you was going on holiday for over 2 weeks he would be more unsettled as had the family around him and we would be back to the same situation . So this is not a good review as Iv been a childminder over 35 years and no complaints
