Mother's help, part-time nanny. I enjoy helping families with their childcare needs, and am happy to do what is required. I am married, have a daughter at Uni, and a cocker spaniel.
My Experience
I went to college as a mature student to get qualifications in childcare. Since then, I've worked in a private nursery (children 4months - 5yrs), and playgroup (working with children 18months to 3yrs), and sitter work providing relief support for parents of children with additional needs. Last year I worked as a Pupil Support Assistant in my local primary school.
My Qualifications
HNC in Childhood Practice. Paediatric First Aid, Elementary Food Hygiene, Child Protection, , Risk Assessment, Fire Safety Awareness. Forest Kindergarten training. I believe in the value of outdoor learning that promotes imaginative play, creativity and resilience.
