The worst experience

Ashanti was the worst babysitter I have had, always texting me at the last minute of not going to be available to pick up my kids from school, and then making me panic at work and looking for an alternative situation at the very last minute. I will never recommend her to any parent out there. She was a nightmare. Ashanti I would advise you to go and sort yourself out before accepting any more work because I don't think you are ready for this job and you don't seems to care about the consequences your unavailability caused to me and family. I cried everyday when I receive your text that you can't pick my kids from school. It's very sad knowing you at this time.

Coming from someone who very unprofessional, I wasn’t paid 1 and two I gave her notice in advanced that I couldn’t keep her children as a family emergency has happened she wanted me to choose her over them she refused to listen and keep asking me , also I gave her the heads up that it was very dangerous to keep picking up her children as they are very WILD they run away and don’t listen (bus, road, outside) and she try to use snacks as a scape goat which absolutely didn’t help as children are children , it made me very emotional as I tried my hardest and all sorts it was unbearable and unbelievable , the home was absolutely is distraught I never judge anybody home but this house was a very unsafe environment for me to be around also my child hence to why I didn’t bring her back and I keep going home with bumps on my skin also on a few occasion I brang daughter there and she ended up in A&E straight after as I do have the evidence as needed. Am sorry you didn’t like my service we can take this up with the COURT thank you.

She never showed up

She told me she was available and accepted the job to pick up my kids from school, and so I arranged for us to meet up but she said not to worry that I just need to send the school address and home address, at which I did. But on the day of pickup she never went to pick up my kids from school and she didn't even call me. I will not recommend her to anyone. Thanks

Sorry you feel this way, but due to my Nan unfortunately passing that same day that was the reason I have not got back to anyone, usually I do confirm my bookings the evening before so you would’ve known i was not coming and also, you did not try to call either so double check why I had not got back to you yet either
