Totally unreliable. Won’t respond to messages or calls. Didn’t even turn up on the first day as agreed; luckily I hadn’t gone into the office and was working flexibly from home- had to arrange last minute babysitting for my son. She didn’t even let me know she cannot make it or doesn’t want to go ahead with the babysitting- I was left hanging with messages not responded to and to figure out if she was/wasn’t going to turn up! Ended up logging into my morning meeting late.
Claimed she was very flexible, however it was difficult to arrange an initial chat about the babysitting- she couldn’t give a definite answer re when she was able to come around. A total disappointment!
