Kia not only helped my family by providing sensitive and informed care for our 7 month old, but she was also helpful to the whole family because she understood mine and my husbands work-life-balance needs in terms of scheduling and communicating about our childcare. We have used her a number of times and she is always quick to respond, clear, and reliable. This is reassuring and gives us peace of mind! On top of that she is great with our baby, really knows what he needs developmentally and keeps us up to date on how his day was.
