Louise has been a god send after I quickly had to find a childminder. She immediately offered reassurance and she got to know my little boy straight away! his likes/dislikes personality and listened to everything I had to say about routine etc completely making me feel that this was the right setting for him. As for her care of the children in her it is absolutely wonderful with lots of stimulation warmth, support and encouragement in a beautiful home from home setting. I love the way she communicates with the children really getting to know them as little individuals and my little one always comes away happy having had a fun stimulating day which is any parents main priority. Highly recommended 5*s
