Carla has been looking after our son since 15 months old. Carla is his first childminder and he was unhappy to start with, but after 2 weeks of patience, perseverence and initiative from Carla he is now the happiest boy in the world. Carla writes a report in his diary keeping us up-to-date with his playing, activities, eating and any concerns. Carla is very well organised: she plans the whole week in advance, with trips to toddler groups, trips out, art activities, stories, etc. Carla is a warm person and easy to chat with and we trust her judgement. She is confident with what she is doing and obviously loves her job. Our son has benefitted from Carla's care.
