Heather is such a lovely person, I couldn’t think of anyone better to look after our son. I was very nervous about returning to work last year but Heather made me feel really at ease and I found the settling in session to be of great benefit. She’s kind, caring and trustworthy with a professional manner. She offers a clean, safe & secure environment.

There’s always an exciting day planned; trips to parks, baby & toddler groups, arts & crafts and singing/dancing. When they’re at home there’s lots of stimulating books and toys to play with, inside and outside. We often receive photos of our son enjoying his day with the biggest smile on his face.

Communication is excellent; written reports detailing what he’s had to eat, how long he’s slept for, activities they’ve been doing.

Our son loves Heather's grandchildren and the other children, I think the age variety has been brilliant for his development. Heather treats our son as one of her own, you can tell she is passionate about helping to raise the children she cares for. I feel so lucky to have found Heather, her home really is a home from home.
