We hired Nina to look after our son and overall we feel the care for him was good.
However she raised her hourly fee with no discussion and she wasn’t prepared to compromise and then the day before Christmas Eve she said she had found a new position and could no longer provide care for our son. She gave us a weeks notice on 23rd December and said she she was given me notice to find something else!!!! The day before Xmas she expects people to find replacement childcare within a week. We have been left high and dry…completely unacceptable.
There doesn’t appear to be any loyality or respect to her employer and she’s happy to leave people in the lurch without childcare. Hugely disappointed by her and the way she goes about things, especially when she seemingly says that your child is part of her family.
Pay her a high hourly fee and she can’t even fill up your child’s drinks bottle for the journey home. Concerning.
It’s a real shame hope she treats the new family better.
