Erica and I met as our daughters attended the same school. Erica always gave me a sense that she was an open and caring person. As soon as I discovered Erica was providing childcare services, I immediately inquired and she took care of my 6 year old daughter - escorting her from school to her home, feeding her and providing fun and stimulating activities, which my daughter would enjoy with her children. Erica was also able to offer her services during holiday periods, and would take my daughter on day trips while sending me regular updates with photos. When I had special request, Erica ensured to meet these requirement eg drinking plenty of water. My daughter enjoyed her time with Erica very much and also learnt some Portugese! Erica has strong principles and is always polite, communicates effectively so my daughter would understand and cooperate. In a nutshell, I highly recommend Erica and 100% trust to leave my daughter in her good hands any time!
