Silvia was the wonderful nanny of our two children who were 3 and 5 at the time. She was absolutely brilliant with them: very responsible, loving, teaching them about respecting others and being polite, playing with them, taking them to activities or taking them to central London during half-term to discover new places. She cooked amazing food for them and was always laughing and entertaining them. She also took care of the house and laundry when the children were at school/nursery and was so conscientious and independent, always knowing what our family and house needed without us having to ask.
The kids still talk about her a lot and so do we. Her next family will be very lucky to have her.
