Rachael did not turn up for a settling in session with my daughter & I. No warning was given. Session had been arranged for over a week.

Myself and Lindsay had spoken about this and I had explained that I had been in hospital the day prior to our arranged day so it was a total misunderstanding due to circumstance. I tried to rearrange even offering a longer session. I can assure that I take a lot of pride in what I do and I never let people down this was such a rare occasion so I feel this review is very unjust.
