This person is unprofessional, and a liar. She cancelled on me 2 hours before she was scheduled to be here. She claimed that all the trains were cancelled in London, but according to TFL, all trains are running. She then blamed the tube strike, but in actual fact the tube strike starts tomorrow. If she can lie about this, what else can she lie about? I wouldn’t trust her with my child.

Dear ma'am,
I was working in London for the whole day. I finished work and went to take the tube but there were many people there, not commuters I would say, similar to hooligans who were disrupting it and eventually causing a late train arrival. Instead of explaining the whole thing I just summarised it all in the word strike. And then I texted you hours before telling you about it and instead of understanding the situation you got back to me saying that it was so unprofessional. I'm afraid I don't drive so I rely on public transport and it always gets me to my jobs on time apart from when there are disruptions.
