Nadia has been providing a very high level of care to my almost 3 year old daughter. She engages her in various activities throughout the day to support the development of my daughter’s language capabilities and ensures my daughter is having enough opportunities to develop her independence in basic skills (washing hands, dressing and feeding herself) whilst controlling that all needs and safety standards are met. Nadia has quickly built good relationships with my daughter, which is a great achievement since it usually takes time and patience for my daughter to let a new person into her world. Nadia is highly punctual, professional and reliable. On a personal level, I enjoy having her in our home since she is very friendly and open person.
