Shannon looked after our 3 girls full time when they were 7, 5 and 1 years old. She is an exceptional childcare professional. The girls loved her enthusiasm, her creativity and her positivity. They are now 12, 10 and 7 and I can still see the impact of her influence on their behaviour. She nurtured their self confidence, creativity and respect for people around them.
