An absolute diamond!

Ruby has been looking after our daughter since she was just over a year old. It only took a few days for our daughter to settle with Ruby, and now, when we tell her we're off to see Ruby, she grins from ear to ear.

Ruby is a talented, caring and engaged individual, with a genuine passion for childcare. Everything our daughter does has a reason behind it - each game or activity has a learning or developmental outcome, as well as being wall to wall fun! She comes home every day stimulated and incredibly happy.

Over the time our daughter has been with Ruby, Ruby has even helped me work out parenting strategies to manage some trickier behaviour from our daughter, and is always willing to share songs, activities or ideas that are relevant to our daughter's stage of development.

We feel so lucky to have found Ruby - she lives and breathes her work (and responsibilities) as a childminder. This isn't someone who just watches our daughter for us until the end of the day, this is someone who we feel has devoted herself to our daughter's development and fun, and we couldn't be more grateful.
