As a person: Fathema is very friendly and approachable. The minute you see her she puts you at ease and you feel that yes, my child is safe in her hands. She is very active and probably a good fit for the job she has to do. She involves the kids in activities, song and dance which keeps them occupied. She takes the children to the play centre every now and then to keep them busy and happy.

The place: Extremely spick and span. Cleanliness is the key. Toys are well organised and the entire area is nicely maintained. I have never seen such a clean childminder in London.

Activities: As a parent you would panic the first few days you leave your kid around. To put you at ease, Fathema sends timely updates (photos and videos) of your child to show how well your child is coping. Also everyday she gives you a report on what your baby is learning and suggestions as to what you could do at home.

All in all she is a Godsend for us who had no option but to return to work and drop our son in safe hands.
