About Me
My name is Alison, I am looking for a Nanny/PA/childminder with special needs experience to help support my son who is 5 years old with a diagnosis of Autism.
H is a lovely boy. He is mostly non verbal and on occasion can use challenging behaviour as a form of communication. It is important that H develops trust and gets to know his carers and they him. H responds well to routine and therefore this would be important in supporting H. H has formed good relationships with his teaching supports at school so is capable of forming these relationships, with kindness and patience.
We require before school support for H at home and then to help with the school run to William Levick Primary School (drop off at 9am), either on a Monday or Thursday (or both if available). We would then require school pick up and then childcare either at home or at the carers house and we would be able to take over/collect approximately at 6pm. We would need support during school holidays also as Mum and Dad both work.
