Very unprofessional

She committed to a service but then even saying she was struggling with money and she leaves just 15 minutes far from us, she decided to drop last minute as too lazy to work because we did reduce half an hour the service..

This review is very disrespectful and judgemental. You don't know my life circumstances and the reasons as to why it can be a great effort for me to travel to your home, even if it's close in distance. I would still need to sort out transport or manage a way to get there on time and pushing myself to make that commitment despite any physical or health challenges I may be facing, which you are unaware of. You agreed for a 2h service and I have the right to cancel if your changes in timing don't suit my needs and represent more of a loss than a gain for me. You don't have the right to judge my decisions and voice publicly any challenges with money I may be facing, simply because I requested not to pay the transport for your children out of my own pocket. If I am choosing not to do this job despite financial challenges is because I am prioritising my own wellbeing and time before money. I work for an agency and I may be called on the day to do a supply teaching shift and it compensates me more to take the risk of waiting for that call than doing the job you offer for less time than agreed. I appreciate you consider the way you judge people circumstances without having any idea of their background or needs just because things didn't go the way you expected. It's unprofessional to leave a review like this based on your personal judgements.
