When looking for care for my little boy I attended a local nursery, which I wasn't fussed on. Then I visited the Pettigrews and one other childminder, but after meeting Lynn and Chris at their home it was obvious to me that I wanted them to care for my son. They were both very welcoming and their home environment was warm and comfortable with a specially converted room full of toys for the kids.

I loved the idea that they work as a team so can have more children, as I believe it's good for them to socialise and helps them learn. This also increases the flexibility which is important to me as my partner and I both work full time shifts. Lynn and Chris are both more than happy to oblige with the flexibility in the childcare we need.

My son has been with the Pettigrew's for nine months now and absolutely loves it, he gets to play out with the others, goes for walks in the Forrest and other trips out, and he is really starting to come on. He will do things just out of the blue and I know it's probably something he's learned with Lynn and Chris.

Overall I am over the moon with the care my son receives from Lynn and Chris and I'm glad I found them, when he's with them I never have to worry as I know he's ok. I would recommend them to anybody who's looking for someone to trust with their little one.
