My Requirements

I have 4 children but is seeking childcare for my youngest 3 youngest children age 5,3 & 6months. My daughters are very independent, funny, talkative, smart and sweet. They are very close and do almost everything together. My 3 year old is newly fully toilet trained. She is kind playful, interested in learning new things and adventures especially outside. My 5 year old is very shy but loving and loves cuddles and attention. She is independent and very smart. I would also like someone who could do school drop offs and pick ups with my 3 and 5 year old. We recently welcomed our first baby boy to the family who is now 6 months old. I am looking for a childminder who is flexible and who could care for all three of my children preferably at home but could negotiate bring them to your childcare facilities.
