We had a lovely visit with her and we decided we wanted our son to go there she said yes and said paper work would need to be in before he started, we had no start date from her.

We got an email on Thursday 9pm saying all paper work had to be in by Friday, we tried to do this but was unable to edit the document due to it being password protected. Also we had Ben out at theater so didn't actually see the email till near on 11pm I did email to explain we would have to do to Friday evening print it and scan it. We did send it across Saturday morning.

She told us we missed the deadline for funded hours. She said she still had private care space we asked if she accepted tax free childcare she email back saying she didn't and that she changed her mind on having our son as due to his speech delay/communication issues (which he still understands everything said) he would be a risk and she can no longer take him.

She also emailed me saying I should be come a childminder, which isn't an option for myself. And then once I had replied to her two emails she sent me. She told me if I contacted her again she would contact the police for harassment. I was nothing but polite in the emails I was a little frustrated but I accepted her decision. She has also blocked me on the childcare app.
