Not happy at all

I'm really unhappy about sending my child to her. She always finds a reason to send my child back when he has no problem at all (sometimes she says she doesn't play, sometimes she says she has diarrhea while I pick her up and she had no problem). In the contract she said she wouldn't charge when her family or she was on leave but she still charged me, it wasn't until I texted that she deducted it. Even though my child only sends her 2 days a week, we never let her go for the full day because every month she finds reasons for us to pick her up early while I always pay the full fee on time. I'm really disappointed. I trusted her when I saw the good reviews but I was completely disappointed.
