Asma's Reviews

Parent

Below are the reviews that Asma has written.

Super patronising, unwilling to follow instructions from parents (especially for babies with medical conditions like acid reflux), asks parents to leave the room numerous times even when baby cries (and blames parents for this), blames parents for baby being sick (because instructions are not followed), sends endless aggravating messages (blaming parents and taking no accountability) on Whatsapps when parents try to get to the bottom of what happened when the sit had to end early due to child's distress, blames mum all the time for child feeling insecure and not comfortable with her.

I was a parent and child assessment officer for social services with many years of experience to observe parents attachment style all the times.!!!! I was present when your baby was sick and acted accordingly.
He had pocket of wind. Its not uncommon and he was perfectly safe and cared for.
I only cared for him a few hours this time.
I've previously cared for him when he was new born with confidence and reassurance for both parents through the night. I believe you was very happy and content with my level of care support and reassurance in that time.
Your level of distress is indeed noted, and understood concerning him being sick.
you question my level of care and accounting of events.
your baby vomited, I cleaned him, changed his cloths and bedsheets and cared for him in the correct way.
Your reaction Does not warrant this response with embellishing damaging lies.
My concern is always the health and well-being of the child, and he seemed perfectly OK when I was asked to leave due to your observed distress and reaction to him vomiting.
I've not once accused/blamed you of hurting your child.
I Made suggestions based on my observations that could of led up to the event of him vomiting, ie, room to hot, trap wind, over feeding him, putting him to bed to early after eating. All your instructions many reasons as to why he may have been sick, in my experience its could be all or none, babies are unpredictable.
I'm aware your feelings of insecurity and lack of confidence careing for your child has left you to question my level care and skills with clear and obvious views.
I'm there to reasure you.
I can try take away your fears.
It's entirely up to you how you choose to perceive it or receive my observations.
I'm confident in my level of care, and safeguarded your child and there was no harm to report.
He was just sick.
I'm more perplexed and concerned at your level of distress and reaction to this incident.
I'd advise carers to take into account your current state of mind with caution if this is your response.
