Eunice and Sam come across as very lovely people how ever they do not communicate or give you updates on your child’s learning or progress often, I received a few photos here and there. I toilet trained my daughter in the summer of 2024 and buy January 2025 she was fully toilet trained however they refused to take my child out of nappies in February I had approached Eunice and asked her to give me updates on my child’s progress with her toilet training in they’re setting as it was only there she wear nappies, Eunice told me I was asking too much and told me she refused to take my child out of nappies. I told her I was not happy with her response and that she should be willing to work with me instead of telling me no it’s not happening. She also told me she refused to because of how much her carpets cost, so basically her carpets were more important than my child’s development.
Also on a separate occasions I questioned her about the fees as her long break down did not make any sense and that she was not allowed to charge me a top up fee for the 15 free hours she then replied with an attitude, stating if I am not happy the leave.
She also called me in to discuss my child and sat next to me with her arms crossed making loud “hmmm” as I spoke with her husband’s. I asked both of them to stop on several occasions and so she stormed out the room.
Eunice comes across as lovely people until you have concerns and questions. I would much rather my children be looked after by people that work with parents who have concerns and not treat them as if they have no right to ask questions.

It is very sad that you could bring yourself to give us a low review after the high level of support we rendered to you, and your children in our setting despite their bad and inappropriate behaviours. We are mandated to give you updates on edcational and developmental matters and this we did regularly and verbally at pick up. Potty training is your responsibility and we are there only to help and support. This we did happily until you started enforcing it on us and stressing the child. Remember, we started the potty training and not you, as you claimed in your review. Many parents that their children have passed through here can attest to how we support in Potty training and are thankful to this day.
On the issue of top up, have you ever been charged by us? Have you paid any top up to us?
Life is so short and we all need to be truthful and fair.
You do not need to bad mouth our business if it is not a good fit for you anymore after almost 2 years that your children have been with us.
You are just an ungrateful one as we have had none until you showed up and we are really sorry we opened our door to you and your children.
We wish you and your children the best with your new child minder, who would provide free services to you as that is what you want and also deal with your constant lateness with no remorse or payment.
