Special Needs Experience

My son is nearing 3 years at which point we will put him into nursery. He will be 3 on 13th July. Nursery starts in september. He is a very bright, active and friendly child usually. He wont let you sit and will keep you playing with him at all
Times. He has eczema which is flared up currently but settles down too, the dad is at home while I work as a dr at tameside hospital full time. The dad needs 3-4 hours of peace in which he doesnt need to play or teach my son anything so he can work. He works from home. My kid is also speech delayed, we want somebody who can teach him in a fun and non strict way. He has 100-200 and maybe even more words now. But he doesnt say sentences and needs functional language but working with him 1-3 days even tells people what all he means by his gestures when he asks for something. He is getting there. But right now is the best time for him and us to start getting accustomed to somebody else looking after him partially. While playing he makes a mess at times that too might need cleaning, the toys back in their boxes etc. he might like going out to the park or for a walk however he doesnt know something are unsafe for him yet so tends to leave our hand and run on to the road, he is very strong as well. Has had eczema since 3 mths so he is accustomed to scratching and now he knows that if he scratches he gets attention, we are trying to handle that and the eczema is while not being strict with him but he needs a gentle caring soul who understands how a kid who is mildly- moderately speech delayed will be frustrated a bit. Scratching is his way to get things done that nobody is understanding. But we need this habit gone before nursery begins. With gentle care which we are doing. I have worked with my husband tirelessly to make him speak as much as he is now. Salt has only seen us once. The diaper changes and cream will still be done by my husband however if after observing it done you feel confident and comfortable that you can do it you are most welcome to try. Eczema care is done at each diaper change. I come home at 4:30 pm usually it not on call. We would need somebody from 9am to 1pm and then he goes for a nap. Potty training we havent yet attempted as there is a communication issue due to the speech but if that could gradually be brought in it would be amazing too. We dont give him any screen time. Snacks are at home and those are given to Musa when he asks for them or is hungry after some activity. And he speaks Urdu and English. Because we speak urdu at home with him but all he is learning is english. We would love if the urdu language is kept to talk to him as main mode and he learns the english for where it is necessary like we all did.
