I am a warm, caring and engaging person with a passion for the arts. I have spent the last four years working as a fully qualified nursery practitioner in West Lothian and I’m looking to move my working life back to Edinburgh.
I love all things creative and have a real focus on arts-based learning for children. With a sound understanding of child development, I can provide lots of fun, nurture, and natural play.
I am open to part-time nannying, babysitting, and after school/nursery care at the moment and I can be flexible with hours. I aim to pursue creative endeavours and keep my love for writing alive as well.

My Experience
I have a wealth of experience working with children aged 9 months-5 years. Most of my career was spent in the preschool room, tracking their development and maintaining strong and secure attachments with children and their families.
I have worked with children from a variety of backgrounds and come from a child-led and attachment-led ethos. I love exploring, painting, sensory play, and storytelling; watching children flourish and find their feet is at the heart of what I do. I am also no stranger to being outdoors in all kinds of weather!
I have led intergenerational projects with local groups, facilitated drama workshops for children, and have experience conducting language and communication groups.
I have a PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) disclosure.
