I did not have a good experience with Ana. She hurt herself after one week, which was unfortunate. But instead of letting me know when she could come back she went silent even though she knew I relied on her to collect my kids. I then had to chase her for a week to get my keys back. She refused to give me her address so that i could come collect them. I don't recommend her.
