A very special place

Our son started with Marina when he was just 5.5 months old. I cannot express how much he absolutely loved his time in Marina’s care. She had a very special bond with Charlie which we have struggled to find elsewhere since moving out of area. She takes time to get to know each child individually and tailors her setting to meet their needs. She takes them out into the community regularly and always has so many fun things packed into their day. He came on leaps and bounds in her care and exceeded all of his developmental milestones with her help. She also worked closely with us as parents to keep consistency between home and her setting. Marina is so good at keeping parents updated throughout the day, we loved all the photos and updates we got sent of our son. She sends a diary home every home detailed with what our son had eaten (and how much he ate), toileting, mood, naps and activities which helped us so much! She also sends book bags and activities home every few weeks, all books aligned with Charlie’s interests and developmental stages. She also gave us so much advice on how to help Charlie’s development at home. We also got so many crafts that Charlie had made at various different groups/in her home which are such lovely keepsakes! We honestly cannot recommend Marina enough, she truly is an outstanding practitioner in her field and any family would be lucky to have their child in her care.
