Megan has been taking care of my 4months old baby for a month now, with him being so young..I was so worried about the person who will care for him whilst I return to work. Megan has been a life saver, she is so good with my boy, he loves her too. She cares for him like her own, take him out for activities, follow his routine and feedbacks to me which is quite reassuring, so, I don’t miss anything. She has been a great help for me too with some house chores and very accommodating of any delays with work or last minute requests…she has really made our lives easier and provided reassurance for my mommy worries. I hope she gets to look after all my future babies..Thank you Megan.

Very unprofessional, unreliable and inconsiderate. This lady made 2 appointments with me, did not show up or have the courtesy to call to cancel.

Hello julienne , your right I did make to arrangements to come and have a chat with you regarding childcare, I know it has come across extremely unprofessional. You are absolutely right and this is something that is completely out of character for myself as I explained my mum has been taken into hospital. She’s 84 and is seriously poorly on hindsight I should of declined coming to see you until things have improved with my mum, I do have a great portfolio and lots of references from families I have worked for in the past and can assure people this is completely out of character for myself at the moment i’m just a little all over the place at the moment up-and-down motorway is completely my fault you are right. I have acted a very unprofessionally and that I really do apologise for unfortunately I genuinely completely forgot about meeting up with you as it wasn’t a priority and like I said, I should’ve done the right thing by cancelling and not rescheduling. I can only apologise.
