Lovely and goes the extra mile

Chantelle is an adhoc childminder for our two sons (2+3). She is kind, caring and really goes the extra mile. Her communication with myself and our children is 10/10. There are different daily activities and she really thinks about the needs of the children, including those of her lovely child. I was worried about whether my boys would not be too much for Chantelle, because they can be a handful- they are lovely, but wild 🤪 yet she took it all in her stride and has done such a great job. My boys are excited to play at Chantelle’s, which for me is the best thing. She is getting the children involved in growing food and even makes me a coffee to go at the morning drop off. She communicates through the day, which I love. She also communicates really well if there are any issues that have arisen through the day, but does this with kindness and compassion. It’s hard to trust people with your children, but Chantelle is a lovely person and super professional. Thank you Chantelle x
