Nicola was fantastic with my little boy before he was old enough for nursery (we would have kept him with Nicola if the location had worked). She was great at keeping me updated and worked so hard to get an exclusively breastfed baby to take the bottle! He now loves going to nursery and I put his confidence down to the great start he had with Nicola. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
