About Me
Hi my name is Jodie, I started my journey in childcare nearly 10 years ago when I left school/college starting with an afterschool club and helping to take care of my younger brother when needed. Since then I have gained more knowledge and understanding of early years by working in a few nurseries and achieving my level 3 qualification in childcare as well as having the opportunity to work alongside the senco and becoming a 1:1 with a sen child giving them the support they need daily.
I am a friendly, bubbly, caring and responsible person that likes to make activities and experiences more unique, enjoyable and catered to each child’s abilities.
My Experience
I have nearly 10 years of experience in childcare, I am currently working in a private nursery as a nursery practitioner. I enjoy building bonds with my key children as well as their parents, planning activities which will help their development and catering to each child to their individual needs to help towards bringing the best out of them. I have also done babysitting for a few families as well as my own, with having two younger siblings.
