About Me
New parents with an only child, looking to maintain secure attachments in a loving, stable, calm, family home. We are experienced in the SEN educational environment and looking to support our child's development with regulation strategies. We are raising our newborn with the montessori philosophy and embracing all things natural including bedsharing, babywearing and elimination communication.
My Requirements
Our family are looking for an open-minded, caring, supportive and passionate childcare provider for our (will be) 10 month daughter on a long-term, part time, term time only basis from September 2024 .
Arrangements haven't been finalised but we anticipate the working pattern will be Monday, Thursday and Friday 09:00 - 13:30. Term time only.
It is important to us that:
- A whole food, nutritionally balanced, plant-based diet is offered to our baby alongside breastmilk*
- Regulation is prioritised over education and socialisation*
- You have an understanding and awareness of neurodiversity challenges*
- You are familiar with instinctual child raising methods including babywearing, elimination communication, baby-led weaning and contact naps
- You don't mind singing 'The Wheels on the Bus' several times in a row
- You are registered on the OFSTED Early Years and Childcare Register
- You possess a current enhanced DBS certificate*
