About Me
I can offer babysitting and help within the home, cooking cleaning and general support for families or individuals with busy lives that need a helping hand regularly or occasionally to make their lives a little easier! I have experience with the elderly and those with special needs and end of life care. I love animals so help can extend to pet sitting and dog walking!
My Experience
I was a nurse and midwife for many years in the NHS. Then a main carer for my husband who passed away 20 years ago. I brought up my 2 children whilst running the family business. When my son was 17 I fully relocated to Suffolk and worked as a Private Cook and house manager for two families one after the other and this last year I’ve done a variety of differing projects. Currently I have one client who I support in their home as needed and do cooking . I’m also training to be a volunteer Samaritan. I am looking for more clients who need help now and then or for short intervals on a regular or irregular basis . Happy to discuss needs and timings and to meet to see if I can help!
My Qualifications
Registered General Nurse and Midwife now not up to date.
Leadership and management qualifications.
Currently training as a volunteer for the Samaritans a charity and full DBS

- Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
- Household Help from £20.00 per hour
£20-£25/hour generally depending on support needed and length of time.
45p per mile by prearrangement for errands etc
