Ella has been caring for Una for a couple of months now, she has been fantastic!
Ella is incredibly kind and warm, always showing genuine interest in Una’s personality and what makes her happy. Ella’s joyful and positive nature allows her to connect easily with Una, creating a fun and imaginative environment where they both enjoy new activities together.
We always feel at ease knowing that Ella is not only reliable and responsible but also thoughtful in following the routine we’ve set. We are very grateful to have someone so caring and dependable.
