Fahmida 14 Little Angels

Who is the best person to care for your child, while you work or study etc. Ideally the biological parents, maternal, paternal grandparents, aunts, uncles, or an angel sent from God. Someone who has the child's best interest at heart. Well Fahmida's establishment is called Angels and the name is so befitting I feel like she is like an angel that God has sent to watch my child whilst I am at work. From the onset she has been brilliant with my son. The first day when I went to pick him up I was happy to see him squealing with delight and interacting with Fahmida and another child. Attributes of an exceptional childcare provider, should include love and an interest in the children's well being. Fahmida, keeps a daily log of what she does with the children and it's so well detailed. It's almost like even though I am at work I am not missing out on his development because Fahmida keeps an up to date journal. Fahmida is without a shadow of a doubt the best childminder I have ever come across. I have known Fahmida for a period of 2 months now and although it's a short space of time, she has managed to convince me that she is the real deal.

Like No Other

From the moment I walked into Fahmida's home, I knew that I was dealing with a person who enjoyed working and taking care of children. Naturally I was scared to leave my child with a stranger but that feeling quickly went away after 2 days when Fahmida constantly updated me as to how my baby was doing. It's been four months and she still to this day gives me a text to just say that things are going ok.
I love the fact that she keeps a daily journal as to the things my baby does during the day as well as her interaction with the other kids, her personality, whether she had any naps etc. I unfortunately can't be there to do it, so I am grateful that Fahmida makes it part of her service. It is nice to be able from time to time to read the different things that my child has done over the weeks.
I have never seen my baby so excited to see someone apart from me. When she hears Fahmida's voice, a big smile appears and she kicks her feet with excitement. When my baby goes to Fahmida, I can see that she holds and hugs her tightly which shows me that my baby is happy and feels that she is in safe arms.
Fahmida has helped wean my baby onto solids in a matter of a month of her being in her care. My baby is now so interested in food.
I love the homely environment that Fahmida provides. She proudly displays the arts and craft work she does with the children. I was also happy to get a Mother's Day gift of my baby's hand prints. This shows me that she engages with her children (children in her care) in various activities.
Fahmida openly displays her plans and schedules for her children, which shows that she has put a lot of thought and time into tailoring activities to each child needs.
I could see that my child has thrived and excelled since being with Fahmida. I consider myself fortunate to have not only met Fahmida as a childminder but also as an individual. Although it has been a relatively short period knowing her, I feel as though she is part of my family, like a Aunt.
To all parents, please show ' my ' Fahmida the same love and kindness I know she will show your child.
