Unwilling to be verified

I have had a chat with this lady. She was unble to provide references. Upon my request to provide references and contact details of any parent who is or have been taken services for their children, she referred to the reviews and said these are my references. Also my request to see her certificates was not accepted despite multiple requests on childcare.co.uk. When I engaged with her for further details, she said she won't go further with me and blocked me. I don't want to be judgemental but haven't got good vibes from this conversation.

Hi I blocked you accidently unfortunately and couldn't undo it. My profile costs me a lot of money to have and for me, it's important I can have my DBS and other documents verified by childcare.co.uk. i will contact them to see why you couldn't view my DBS. My reviews on here are genuine and are from present and past clients. Surely that is why you chose to contact me. I also explained I couldn't give out telephone numbers for my clients. I have never been asked for other references before or personal details as clients are happy with my detailed profile of what I offer and that I have 17 years experience in this role. I am pleased to have had youngsters and siblings from over 5 different families in my childminding career. I wish you the best of luck with your search for the right person.
