Fay has been babysitting our 7 month old son a couple of days a week for several weeks. She is our first babysitter so we were quite nervous. He was happy straight away with her, and we have not had any issues. She is polite and understanding, competent and attentive, with a bubbly personality that puts him at ease. We are very happy with her.
