I make my own clothes and jewellery and have always been creative myself so I love coming up with fun and creative activities to do with kids!
I have always been very emotionally intelligent and being the oldest sibling have learnt a lot about how to be supportive, caring and patient with kids of all ages.
My Experience
Babysitter outside of family - I have regularly babysat for my parent's friends, parents of my sister's friends and for others around my area for the last 6 years whenever they need me, usually in school holidays or weekends. Both throughout the days and evenings, I have been in charge of putting the kids to bed, making dinner, tidying, coming up with activities while parents are working and much more.
Summer camp leader - for the past 4 summers I have worked at a drama camp for 2 weeks where I was one of the chaperones during shows as well as coming up with daily games and activities, looking after everyone on breaks and at lunch.
Tutor - I have previous experience doing GCSE English tutoring for girls at my school for about a year after I had left. I would work in 2-hour slots coming up with lesson plans and revision help etc.
Volunteer - I volunteered for 2 years as a Girlguiding leader.
