Erica is a fantastic childminder who shows genuine care for children, we are so lucky to have found her. We previously had a bad experience with another childminder and Erica made me feel completely at ease leaving my child in her care. Before Erica, my child did not sleep without me unless in the pram/car. Within a couple of days with Erica, my child was napping in the travel cot for an hour or more which shows how comfortable my child was with her. My child learnt so much and was often coming home and showing off what she'd learnt or telling me what fun things they'd been up to in the day. My child even talks about Erica at the weekend. My child was with Erica 5 days a week and absolutely loved her time there, never a fuss dropping her off. It truly felt like Erica was part of our family.
