A godsend to my little princess
I hope that I can express my heart-felt gratitude and appreciation to Kirsty by writing this reference. She was a godsend to my beloved daughter, who went to Kirsty since she was just a few months old. I have been extremely happy with the care she has received and the great progress she has made whilst in Kirsty’s care. Kirsty’s home is always welcoming, clean and well-organised and my daughter has had great fun playing with all the toys available and with her children and the other children in her care. Beyond all this though, it is Kirsty’s warm and friendly but no nonsense approach which sets her apart from other childminders.
She provides a wide, fun range of activities including plenty of outdoor exercise. I know my daughter has enjoyed drawing, sticking, reading and puzzles as well as outings to the park and trips to feed the ducks. She has always made sure my daughter decorated a card for Father’s Day or Mother’s Day.
Kirsty is a great communicator and has had no trouble in gaining my daughter’s confidence and therefore encouraging good behaviour, kindness and compassion to others, both skills which are important to us at home.
Kirsty provided her with healthy meals and snacks and she loved her cooking. Kirsty always ensures that good personal hygiene by encouraging all children to wash their hands before eating and after using the toilet.
Kirsty used to complete a diary detailing what my daughter had done every day when she was a baby. She would send me pictures of her doing crafts, playing in the soft play or feeding ducks in the park. From that, I had a complete picture of her whole day including what she had eaten, how long she had slept and all other activities.
All in all I am thoroughly happy with the level of care my daughter received and I’m certain that being in such a positive and happy environment has helped my daughter develop into a confident and self-assured little girl.
I would absolutely recommend Kirsty as a great and reliable childminder. She did whatever she could to take care of my little princess. My daughter cried for Kirsty for a week when she stopped going to hers and she was kind enough to offer to look after her for a day when she didn’t have to do it.
Wishing her all the very best in her work and personal life,
Mahjooba
