My name is Loise, l am a registered Child minder with Ofsted, for over 15 years now, and l have vacancy for 3 Children, One 3 year old, and two above 14.
l am friendly, reliable and dedicated to my work.
l have a very welcoming and stimulating environment, with 4 Bed room, a garden and a living room. I have different training's in first aid,disability awareness, icp,eyfs,turning into a terrific two's,nvq level 3 in childcare learning and development, eczema,asthma and epilepsy,managing stress and being assertive, equal opportunities awareness, food nutrition, introduction to autism,childcare protection awareness, risk assessment and heath and safety in childcare,birth to three matters,sef,sickle cell and thalassaemia,hiv awareness,childhood infectious diseases, dealing with complaints.
I also live 5 minutes from Plumstead train station.
My Experience
Working with Children has giving me a wide experience, and have realised that if a Child lives with encouragement, he learns to be confident, and if a Child lives with praise, he learns to appreciate, and also if a Child lives with tolerance, he learns to be patient.
These are the major keys that l have used in my setting to encourage and stimulate the Children in my care.
My Qualifications
l have the NVQ 3 in Childcare learning and development, and up to date First Aid, ICP.
l have the following Training:
Disability Awareness, Equal oppotunity awareness, Food and Nutrition, Child protection programe
Birth to 3 matters, Risk Assessmenmt and Health and Safety in Childcare, Introduction to Autism, Turning into the Terrific Two's, Eczema, Asthma and Epilepsy., Free to be Me; Learning and Development EYFS; Delivering and implementing Early Years Foundation Stage and etc

Kim is very patient and a great tutor to my daughter. My daughter sees her house like her second home and im not bothered once she is with her. She has a daily routine which she keeps to. I was a bit worried in terms of feeding because my daughter could be difficult with food but to my greatest surprise it didnt seem to be a problem at all as She eats even more than home. I will recommend Kim anytime as shes a very kind and caring person.

Employed Kim during the summer to look after my boys, at first I was skeptical because my kids could be a handful. Kim was totally excellent with my kids, she was able to manage them properly. She’s got a great personality too and very kind.
