She seemed very keen and prompt initially. Came to my place to meet me and my kid. Arranged a date to start the job. I asked for reference. She suddenly disappeared and stopped replying. I did not feel right about it so I started looking again I was lucky to find someone else quickly as this website is full of other lovely chidcare providers. But I would not recommend anyone to rely on people who suddenly stop replying. especially when you are depending on someone to take over your child for care and have imprtant plans lined up based on such people. She could have just said that she cant accept the offer. Very unprofessional of her. Total time waster.
