Nanny
"Alisha is truly the Mary Poppins that God sends to us. I am a full-time working mum who has not much energy left to cook and clean, let alone keeping my energy up with 2 active boys. With Alisha's service, my life is so much easier. She helps me with batch cooking (extremely yummy and full of vegetables - the best part is the boys LOVE it!) and doesn't shy from light housework (cleaning the eating areas, boys' rooms and general areas boys play at).

What I love about Alisha is that she is always punctual, no need for micromanagement, always come up with great ideas before I thought of it and suggested them in a very polite and diplomatic way.

The most important thing, the boys LOVE her. Kids are clever, they know who truly has an interest in them - Alisha makes ga great effort in talking to them and has built great rapport within a short space of time.

I would highly recommend her to anyone"

The Nurturing Nanny-Live out
"Alisha is a hugely caring and nurturing individual. She has made such a strong bond with my son who adores the attention she gives him and thrives on one to one focus. He loves to socialise at playgroups and is advanced in his skill-sets due to the variety of educational fun activities Alisha provides.
I can highly recommend Alisha. She is a delight to work with"
By Ray. P

The best nanny around
"We can't speak highly enough of Alisha. She loves her job and this shows with her enthusiasm and planning of activities (outings, arts and craft, baking, etc.). She is dedicated to ensuring that your child is loved and nurtured. She has nannied with us for well over a year, so has been with our daughter from baby to toddler and is very adaptable in her approach with children of different ages. She is prompt, punctual and keeps things very clean! We regard her as part of the family and so does our little one!"
by Gary.S

Could not be happier with The nurturing nanny
"Alisha is a wonderful, caring and brilliant babysitter. You can tell she genuinely loves children as soon as you meet her, and my 44-year-old Alex is always so excited when I tell him she is coming to look after him.
She's so good, I almost don't want anyone else to know because it means she'll get booked up looking after everyone Else's children and poor little Alex will get sad because she's too busy!"

ACHIEVEMENTS
I have 30+ high class testimonials on my profile and more on my website. I have been asked to go on holiday with families and i always recieve outstanding references for the families I have worked for.

Whilst working within the nurseries I was promoted twice within 9 months of each other this took me from being a nursery nurse to a second in charge and then a room supervisor.
Including my role as a child care practitioner/ key worker I was also the student coordinator which involved taking students around the setting, helping to develop further knowledge and skills and supporting and encouraging to have a good relationship with children and staff.

I have gained knowledge and experience whilst attending an early years conference. Whilst at work I have received positive feedback in my appraisals. I studied Psychology , Sociology, English Language to AS level

Through my work in the local area, nursery and creche I have many families that i regular babysit for.

Alisha help us twice a week from our baby was 6 months old until the nursery started 4 months later. She has demonstrated to be a very professional carer, very calm and passionate about her job....a person who you can really trust and that has a lot to teach you when you are a new parent. Our baby loves her and we truly enjoyed her company when around. WELL DONE!

I wouldn't hesitate to use her again and she is recommended to anyone.

Alisha is wonderful, not only by our standards as parents, but our children adore her. She is so kind, soft spoken, and clearly loves caring children.

Alisha played loads of games, read books, sung songs, and cared for our youngest when she had a hard time sleeping.

We would absolutely recommend Alisha to any other parents looking for a sitter. We’re sure you’ll love her too!

Alisha started nannying for us when our daughter was eight months old. She was very knowledgeable and reassuring which helped with my return to work. Alisha is a very good listener and had helpful suggestions when caring for our daughter. She cooked delicious homemade meals for her (and for us), and did a lot of different activities with our daughter mixing things up and helping with her development. She also did some light cleaning and our daughter’s laundry. Alisha was always punctual and kept us updated throughout the day. She did many thoughtful things for our family, remembering special holidays and birthdays. Our daughter adored her and she was so gentle with her, she would fall asleep in her arms. Alisha is a very kind-hearted young woman who we still keep in contact with and we appreciate all of her thoughtfulness.

We've used Alisha a fair few times now for evening babysitting and she's absolutely great. She's reliable, so friendly and most importantly I feel happy leaving my 2 little boys (2 and 4) in her care.

I used Alisha for babysitting 3 years ago when my 2 little ones were 3 yrs old (girl) and 1 yr old (boy). She exceeds expectations when it comes to looking after kids, as she would bring them age appropriate books and toys; and clean up after the kids including doing some light housework without being asked.

Her love of children is obvious, and she has great pride in her work which is very reassuring in her line of work.

I would not hesitate to use her again or recommend her services to anyone.
