I am very disappointed. A few weeks ago, I had an appointment with a childminder, and we agreed that I would bring my daughter for a few hours on the 8th of January so she could start full days on the 10th. There was no further communication since then. I messaged the evening before to confirm the time and received a reply saying that she has no space anymore. I can somewhat understand that, but I cannot understand why I was not informed earlier. It really unsettled me, as I do not appreciate any sudden changes of plans relating to my child.
