LittleHands Daycare are the best.

When I was looking for childcare I interviewed 8 ladies for the position. My eight month old daughter chose Shazia as she refused to engaged or make eye contact with any of the other ladies. Shazia and her family made us feel welcomed, she explained how she planned to take care of my children, I raised some concerns I had and she was more that happy to listen and put things in place to support me and my family. I was the first parent to leave my children in Shazia’s childcare setting my daughter was 8 months old and my son 4 years of age at that time.
I have now had the pleasure of knowing Shazia for twelve years, during which I have gotten to know to know her very well. My children, and all other children who spend time around Shazia, have a great deal of fun and are never bored. I have never in the twelve years of knowing Shazia ever regretted having her as my childcare provider in fact she has been the best thing that has happened to us; she has supported our family and made my children feel like her family. I can go to work with peace of mind knowing my children will be looked after with the highest of standards.
But that's not the quality that makes for a good childcare provider. Shazia is able to walk that fine line between "the fun one" and "the disciplinarian." That is not an easy task, but Shazia manages it with ease, and as such is able to retain the children's respect. We may not always think that a child respecting us is important, but it really does go a long way in keeping a child (and, in the process, his/her caregiver) happy. Shazia ability to gain a child's respect convinces me that she is destined to be in this line of work. My daughter now aged 12 is currently still in her setting and doesn’t want to leave, now this alone speaks volumes.
