Abbie has looked after 2 of my children in the past, and I can not recommend her enough. Abbie is passionate about the children in her care, is trustworthy, caring and professional. Abbie works closely with each child to make sure they reach their developmental milestones. Providing a safe and stimulating environment, with an atmosphere of home comforts. Abbie is first aid trained which is an added relief to any parent. Abbie provided home made nutritious meals which were always a hit with my boys. Abbie is a mum herself, so knows exactly how hard it can be to leave your child in someone’s care. But Abbie went out of her way to ensure that whilst I was at work, I received updates of my children throughout the day, using a system called Babydays. Which allowed a platform for myself and Abbie to communicate whilst the children were in her care. It was also a great way to track my children’s progress. Abbie also taught my two boys simple makaton signing, such as please, thank you, milk and more. This proves so useful when my youngest was still developing his vocabulary. There was a vast choice of toys, allowing my children to learn through play. Such as fine motor skills, sensory development and social skills with role play. Abbie was also really flexible with her hours. Which is a bonus, if my hours changed at work etc. Thank you Abbie for helping me and my boys!!! I can not recommend Abbie enough! Mrs S McNaughton
