Debbie has worked for us for the past few years and is a brilliant nanny.
We chose to use a nanny rather than a nursery because it was important to us that our children were looked after in a home environment, especially after school.
Debbie is very reliable and flexible, which is a crucial requirement when you are a working parent and she has never let us down in all the time she has worked for us.
She has a very kind and caring nature and is a natural with children. Both children have really bonded with her and she has become part of the family.
